Took some fun photos of a Mute Swan pair with their eight cygnets. "Locals" told me there use to be nine cygnets. This is the third time I've seen Mute Swan cygnets here at Lake Katherine, which is a little nature preserve in Palos Heights. These swans are free to come and go, but I did see some visitors trying to feed them. I hope they remain wild!
