Terugasaki Beach - This is the best place to see Japanese Green Pigeons drinking seawater off the rocky shores. We saw both Aobato and Dobatos at this site.
Terugasaki Beach - The Japanese name is Aobato, also known as Japanese Green Pigeon.

Terugasaki Beach - There were at least a couple hundred Streaked Shearwater visible from the beach. They may have been driven in by the nearby typhoon.
